Special thanks to the Renal Clinic at the Q.E. Hospital, District Nurses, Dr Ward, Doctors, and staff at the Woodgate Valley Surgery and Boots Pharmacy, Stevenson Avenue, who have cared for Mom over the years. We would also like to thank Scotts Funeral Directors, Barnes Hill for their help and professionalism in our time of need and the two young Amberline paramedics who attended Mom in the early hours of the 9th August, they were very kind and considerate.
